“It's not often these days that I pull out my classic canvas backdrop for a photo session; and even though this is a color set, I think you'll recognize the look from many of my early black & white shots already posted here.
Amber had such a great look in the natural light of the studio, with her pale skin and gorgeous red hair, that I forgot about using the strobes for this one.
Photographers out there may notice the effect of setting the digital camera white balance to daylight indoors, which produced a blue cast to the gray canvas. I could have corrected that later, but I decided it looked good, especially with this model. And if anyone can tell me why the telephoto zoomed in accentuates the blueness, I'm all ears...
